Something i heard and thought was quite fascinating…
Yes so your stomach grumbles when you are hungry of course but apparently it’s actually your stomach turning around the food that you hadn’t chewed up/processed properly from the day before or whenever you last ate. So I just picture our stomach’s like a washing machine/vacuum turning and churning until there’s nothing left to clean up.
Weird. Thought that was interesting and thought i’d share.
