If you’re like me and you only like peanut butter with the good shit in it (just peanuts, maybe some salt) and none of the other crappy preservatives then you know it isn’t as easy as opening up the jar and serving. The good oils rise so the surface and all the butter is on the bottom so you have to get a knife and sit there mixing it all before you can actually have any and its a bit of pain especially if you’re in a pinch.
So i’ve eliminated a step…
When you buy your PB and take it home, flip the jar upside down and let gravity do all the work! It doesn’t take long either, especially in warmer weather.
I now just leave the jar upside down in my pantry whenever i’ve not using it and when I flip it back to normal, its always ready to go (:
Hope this helps someone!

Oh and quick tip – in the warmer seasons, make sure that lid is on TIGHT. Otherwise you may get some oily spillage!
